Casey’s appearance in the South African jungle on the reality series appears to have relaunched her career, after previously parting ways with her record company and turning to work as an Uber driver to make things meet in between music gigs.
Mark, who has just released a tell-all publication titled My Idol Years, is pleased with the positive outcome her appearance on the celebrity-based show has had, adding: ‘I think it’s all wonderful.’

The Never Gonna Fall In Love Again hitmaker recently saw her perform live at the TV Week Logies, more than a decade after she won Australian Idol, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
‘Seeing her sing on the Logies was just fantastic, she has an incredible voice… I just love her and she was so beautiful and confident,’ the Adelaide-born entertainer said.

Earlier this week, Casey told The Daily Telegraph that she was overjoyed at the opportunity to add a disco theme to the Coles supermarket jingle, in use since 2010.
‘It is all happening at once,’ Casey gushed.
‘So many amazing opportunities have been coming up and I’m very grateful for that. Who knows where the next few months will take me?’ she added.
The singer also announced she will be releasing a brand new single on her birthday, next week on May 13.
